Blue Sage Bundle

The Blue Sage is a bundle of sage that is wrapped in cotton string for the purpose of energy healing or meditation. A relative of white sage it has a milder aroma and is known for its beautiful bright blue flowers and leaves that have a blue hue. 

This bundle also includes a 3" Selenite stick and a Palo Santo stick.  

Selenite is used for good luck and protection. Selenite has a powerful vibration and can assist in clearning the Crown Chakra and is excellent for any spiritual work. It is also a great generator for your other stones and it allows for the cleanings of stones you need to bring to a consistent vibration.

Palo Santo, also known as Holy Wood is a beautiful way to deepen your meditation and clear the energy around you. This Palo Santo comes from a tree in Peru called Bursera graveolens.

The ritual of burning wood comes from the Incan tradition that says the smoke from the wood, burned during spiritual ceremonies, is medicinal & purifying.

I am a believer in less is more. I love burning my Palo Santo to cleanse my space prior to meditation. You don’t need to burn it for your whole meditation but just to cleanse the space and clear the energies of any negativity.
