3rd Eye Coaching Program 3 Months

The 6th Chakra, or Third Eye is the chakra that aligns our mental abilities and how we evaluate beliefs and attitudes. This is also known as the mind chakra because it is connected to the brain, pituitary and pineal glands. This chakra connects us with our intuition and spiritual center.

The third eye also allows us to have an open mind and the speaker of truth. It is also our foundation of wisdom and knowledge.

In this one-to-one Heart Third Eye Coaching plan, you will experience the opportunity to develop a holistic intuitive plan in weekly sessions. The coaching will provide you with tangible objects to begin the process and personalized mantras to add to your meditation practice.

What you will get in your three-month Third Eye Coaching session:
1. Begin with a holistic lifestyle assessment that you will complete prior to meeting.
2. Initial virtual meeting to go over your assessment.
3. You will begin the journey with all that the Root Chakra & Heart Chakra plans offers as well as working on the Sacral Chakra, Solar Plexus Chakra & Throat Chakra.
4. 12 - 1.5 hour weekly virtual meetings that build upon each other.
5. Weekly assignments which include goal setting, journaling, meditation and personalized mantras.
6. You will also be provided a Third Eye Chakra Kit to support the journey.
