Our store is hosted on WordPress and it is integrated with Square for the purposes of our checkout system. This platform allows us to sell our products and services to you with a sense of security.

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, phone number and email address. We will never share or sell your information to a third party.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Email Marketing

Holistic Energy Healing, LLC uses Mailchimp for our email marketing purposes. With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates. You have the option of subscribing to our newsletter, signing up at the retail location located at 225 Main Street Cornwall, NY 12518 or by taking one of our classes.

If at any time you do not want to receive the newsletter please opt out using the UNSUBSCRIBE link on the footer of the newsletter. You may also send an email with the subject line OPT OUT to TheHolisticEnergyHealing@gmail.com

Refund /Return Policy (Merchandise):

Due to the nature of our products being personal care items we can’t accept returns. Please call us no later than 10 days after purchase to see how we can best resolve the problem. However we do manufacture in small batches to provide best quality and consistency.

Items that are customized for you can not be returned or refunded. These include, aromatherapy blends, items made for you during the Chakra Balancing Consults.

Refund /Return Policy (Classes):

NO REFUND: All payments are non-refundable. If you find that you will not be able to attend a class please refer to your options below. Payment is required at the time of checkout.

RESCHEDULING/FULL CREDIT – please contact TheHolisticEnergyHealing@gmail.com to reschedule a class for any reason to another class being offered. You can reschedule a class as long as a 7 day advance notice is given.

PARTIAL CREDIT – if you need to cancel a class and it is less than 7 days before the registered class but more than 48 hours before the scheduled class a 50% credit can be applied to registering to another class being offered.

NO SHOW – If you do not show up for a class for any reason your class registration is NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-Transferable and NO CREDIT will be given toward any future class.

Due to the nature of COVID-19 class size is for 2 students at a time.

Herbalism / Aromatherapy in the United States of America

Herbalist and Aromatherapists are not medical providers and can not diagnose, treat or cure or make claims that such essential oils or herbs can do the same.
