Palo Santo

Palo Santo, also known as Holy Wood is a beautiful way to deepen your meditation and clear the energy around you. This Palo Santo comes from a tree in Peru called Bursera graveolens.

The ritual of burning wood comes from the Incan tradition that says the smoke from the wood, burned during spiritual ceremonies, is medicinal & purifying.

I am a believer in less is more. I love burning my Palo Santo to cleanse my space prior to meditation. You don't need to burn it for your whole meditation but just to cleanse the space and clear the energies of any negativity.
