Holistic Energy Healing can be found in the heart of Newburgh, NY . Melissa is an intuitive chakra healer and can be found making small batches of body care products using the finest herbs and essential oils. Early in her career she embarked on an aromatherapy retreat in Provence, France and has never looked back. Her love of the healing qualities of herbs and essential oils has allowed her to create products that reflect the needs of the heart, body and soul.  Melissa has been a featured teacher at the Open Center in NY as well as an ongoing teacher for Wave Hill, a Public Garden & Cultural Center in the Riverdale section of the Bronx, NY.

Melissa is a Level 1 Certified Aromatherapist and Level 1 Certified Herbalist. She also completed her 1 year Institute for Integrative Nutrition Coaching program in June 2020. Melissa is a learner and has also completed a 7 month Shamanic Plant Medicine Journey with Master Herbalist Karine Gordineer of Green Girl Herbs & Healing. Currently she is enrolled in Karine’s The Sacred Heart of Herbalism Level 2 program.

When not making products or studying, Melissa can be found playing with her 2 adopted kitties and 1 rescue dog or entertaining her son in deep conversations about life.

Holistic Energy Healing will be a new resident at Atlas Studies on Spring Street in Newburgh, NY. She is looking forward to bringing back her popular classes, providing a space for one on one coaching and Chakra support work. There will be also on opportunity for Open Studio time for you to come and visit and check out the small retail section.

Herbalists Without Borders is an all volunteer membership based 501c3 nonprofit local to global network devoted to providing compassionate holistic care to communities and countries in need impacted by natural disasters, violent conflicts, poverty, trauma and other access barriers to health and wellness.

Local Chapter is now here in the Hudson Valley - HWB Mid-Hudson.
